Q Are all products made in Europe?
A  Yes, with the exception of one company that uses its European formula but obtains its raw materials from a Malaysian island.

Q What is meant by natural skin care products?
A  By natural we mean that our products are made from ingredients found in the earth.  Some are made with 100% natural ingredients; while others feature the unique use of one or more natural ingredients.  The skin products we offer use the natural resources contained in marine algae, clear waters, fertile plains, and valuable ingredients from plants.

Q Can I return my products?
A. Since our products are ecologically clean, we can not accept returns.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Will ship using major courier services, which will ensure delivery within 3-6 working days.  However, to maintain high quality and freshness, some of our items are custom ordered directly from Europe. Therefore delivery time could be longer.

Q. How secure is your website?
A. Any information we collect is not shared with any organization.  We do not sell or share email addresses.  We do not have a relationship with any solicitors.  We have security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse of alteration of information. Any information that is collected from you is safe with eurOrganics.
